I do not recommend this property. Staff was rude, hostile and abusive to the tenants. Drugs and drug dealers on property. Few repair's if at all. I'd look at all reviews before making a decision on this property. There was a gas explosion, mishandling of funds on my account part of which I was fighting cancer, paid on my behalf. Suddenly the only employee was the victim. Professionals on my end witnessed what had been done thin staffs own writing.Had to start depositing rent checks in Fountain Terraces Apt bank account myself. Someone died in the swimming pool. Tenant's not informed. Saw it on the news. Disturbing letters and notes left by staff on tenant doors. Was told I had given notice of a termination I never had though was told my unit was rented out from me. A common occurrence and overlapping leases. Laundry facilities consistently not cleaned.Entry made in tenant apts with no emergency, no repair requests, no notices they needed to gain entry and no notice left after entry to tenant apts. A tenant shot their gun with the bullet passing through a studio where two of us lived and were home at the time.
