Do not rent from this scumbag. Was recently arrested for meth, tries to rip off tennents to get extra cash, never fixes anything and refuses to, he was responsible for our water bill and it got turned off for non payment, and is also slowly getting his properties repoed, or seized. This guy is BAD NEWS TIM OESTERLE
