Every fixture in the apartment complex is substandard and downright dangerous. The average tenant living there has a drug addiction and the police are there almost nightly. The owner of the complex stalks the tenants even when they pay their rent on time and is very unfriendly. There are sexual predators living in many of the units so do not allow your children to live there.

I lived at this apartment for some time. Paid my rent and was a responsible tenant. The apartment seemed cozy at first but I soon learned it was not so. It is haunted. During the night I would,hear screams of a little girl crying mommy! On top of getting bit by spiders daily. Any issues I asked to be fixed was not done to,resolve the issue. The two ,a intense men are always higher than the sky. On the property you will find hypodermic needles as well as wrappers,from subtext, a narcotic substance for drug addicts. Since leaving in a professional manner I have not received my security deposit. Well over two months. So don't rent from this place. You will be disappointed and regret it.
     Sarah Miles - 5/31/2016 - You are correct about the spider infestation but you forgot about the large black ants. I don't believe in the supernatural but I have to admit that something just feels evil there and that's why I moved away. My kids deserve to be safe.
