This is the worst ran apartment complex I've ever seen. Susan Corenflos is the laziest apartment manager I've seen. She lies to tenants to get them to move in and sign a lease. I feel sorry for the maintenance man here because she has him not only doing maintenance by himself for over 100 apartments but has him do some of her job also because she is hardly ever here during the business day. She never gets to the apartments until normally 10 or 11 am then turns around and goes to lunch from 130 to 3pm. I do not recommend signing a lease here. Only good thing here is the maintenance guy who works hard every day to try to help us tenants when Susan seems not to care.
