Your tenant in Apt 7 is in violation of his HUD/VASH rental agreement. A prostitute, Madelyn Naples, moved in to the unit in Nov 2022 and has refused to leave. She brings men to the apartment who pay her for sex and is a well known heroin addict. Ms. Naples has threatened to plant drugs in the apartment to frame your tenant, Michael Duke, if he makes any attempt to remove her from the apartment. Mr. Duke is in poor health, has severe neuropathy in his legs and hands, and may have contracted Covid tge week of January 23rd. Ms. Naples has prevented him from leaving the apartment to get medical assistance. She has multiple abscesses from injecting drugs and is usually in possession of the drug due to a severe addiction. I am a concerned fellow Veteran who is concerned about Me. Dukes condition. He is afraid to report this woman for fear of lbeung evicted himself. I am hoping this review is forwarded to his landlord in hopes she will remove Ms, Naples from the premises.
