I have been living here for about 6 months and the management here is crazy and dont get me started on the maintenance. Once my lease is up Im out of here.

Sherri and her Husband… Dick, well what a pair they are. Let’s see, where would one begin to detail the gambling, the charging of tenants extra rent and pocketing the money for their gambling habits, falsifying contracts, county, state and legal documents, using the legitimacy and legal representation of the Property Management Company they work for to advance their personal financial agenda and gain, the use of Dick’s retired military rank status to have military members evicted and penalized at their place of duty, providing numerous close family members free residence in the apartment complex by claiming they work in the office or on the management staff, and those that do legitimately work in the office or management staff are paid under the table….like how Sherri Miller pays her Husband, her former lover and sex partner “Handy” Manny the maintenance guy, her sister and older siblings, and how Dick, with the support of his wife Sherri and her Corporate Management’s office, almost achieved to rob Dick’s parents out of their home all in the sake of money. And there is more... lots lots more. Yes, I challenge a news agency, law enforcement or investigative reporter to really look into this… it would be one hell of a story… But watch yourself… Sherri Miller, the Manager has and still constantly brags about how she has the power to do anything and that with her ties to people, she can win any case in court or make people suffer. This is the LA Paloma Gardens management team at its best folks. Enjoy your stay.

I heard numerous rumors and complaints about the management at this complex. So I started to investigate myself, into the tenant allegations of gambling, extortion and larceny. More to come.

I was referred to this complex only to realize, well things arnt what they seem.

ATTENTION ALL Military Personnel The manager (Sherri Miller), makes it a point to target military personnel that live in this complex. Instead of discussing any issue concerning a dispute or disagreement…she calls your command and uses her husband’s retired military status to make a complaint and suggests you receive NJP. She did this to me and several other military personnel. Also, I have been told she has been raising the rent and pocketing the additional money for her and her husband’s gambling addiction. If you value your family, your military career and don’t want to be screwed… DO NOT LIVE HERE.
