I was the second person on the application for these apartments and we each had to pay $102.xx to apply. This is way and above what other applications cost with a security deposit to hold the apartment we where applying for. We ended up finding a house and I called to get a refund of some of those fees. The receptionist was unknowledgeable and took a message. I never heard back so I called again, same response. I finally sent an email and I got a rude response as follows: Good morning, I did receive your email about a refund for application. Because we held the apartment for over 48 hours while waiting for you to find a cosigner, there will be no refund. We wish you the best in your search for a new home. Vennessa Jones Property Manager 580-233-8411 huntershillmanager@c-star.com Never did they communicate that I “needed a co-signer) as I was the second in the application for the apartment and they where the ones that failed to call back. So be wary that the manager will not return calls or the receptionist doesn’t deliver massages. AND you pay A LOT of money just so they can take their time and blame you for not getting a refund! Shady practices! Maybe she pocketed our money! She “manages” 3 apartment complexes so BEWARE!!!
