I have never dealt with individuals with such poor attitudes. They pride themselves in buying property in poor neighborhoods throwing some paint on the walls with ugly brown carpet and taking advantage of those with low income and very little knowledge of the system and their rights as a tenant. They do not care for you or your family and will try to suck every penny out of you if they could even if you are doing everything right or at least trying to do everything right. Krista attitude and mouth will come to bite her one day. Karma comes in all shapes and forms. If you ever consider renting from them don't. Trust me. Especially if you are black and/or Hispanic.
