I am beginning to believe that Prairie Homes Management and its owner Scott Figlund,whom I only after 2 years of renting found out he owns the Management Co. may be involved in some illegal activities. Maintenance is almost non-existing, had to move in August from the building I first lived in to another, because it was no longer a renter assisted building of the 5 total buildings?? I finally had to my my own doorknob for one of my doors after five months because I was never given a key. And I did tell manager and also a employee of PHM,when she was at my apt. for a yearly re-certification. So I was unable to lock my appt. for 5 months. Rent is paid by money order,renters r told to,on the pay to order of part of $ order to put Marcy's no address,which seems odd I am thinking I should call Better Business Bureau. something just doesn't seem rite, why & who is Marcy's if prairie homes manag. & Scott Figlund own & "Manage" property? and who is filling out the rest of money order,the address? Maybe I'm completely wrong & I hope I am, a call to Better Business Bureau can give me some answers. I would not b concerned if only the things I was told would b taken care of,key 2 lock my place,all the maintenance I've been waiting for months to be done.
