So by signing this terribly written lease, you are signing every single right away you have as an american and are forced to pay fines if you violate various stupid rules in the highlands.(NO reeves, can't leave anything out on your front porch(what then fuck?) and various other rules. Ron Branch thinks he is hot shit cause he manages a fucking student living apartment that charges the least in boone... He treats every case they have like it is a police investigation and does not care about any opinions other than his. AT ALL COSTS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I AM NOT KIDDING. You will regret singing the lease.
