- Smoking in the unit - - John - 6/4/2021 - comment
My family and I have lived here over 5 years and we really liked it and is good value for money. However the apartment that’s next to mine has tenants that smoke pot and the smell from their room comes thru the wall or ceiling and into our bedroom and it’s like a stunk is in our room every afternoon evening and night.. it’s disgusting. This is a NO SMOKING apartment complex but management couldn’t fix it so the rental management company Sheraton real estate here in Chico said they wouldn’t do anything about it and now my young family have to keep putting up with this disgusting smell. My advice to anyone looking stay away from anything related to Sheraton real estate management in Chico Ca.. it’s not right that we have to live with this in our apartment.
