Horrible management!!! Rent paid for everything that broke in townhouse....garage door, dishwasher, old appliances from the 80's that should have been replaced in the first place. Look out when you move out and do a walk through.....she will get you for EVERYTHING! If you do not have to rent from PEGGY ZIMMERMAN you are better off!
Anonymous user - 4/12/2014 - I could not agree more!!! If any of the 20 year old appliances broke it was of course your fault. Very unfriendly (her and her husband). Way too much rent for what you got. Nothing good at all to say about this person or her rentals!!!
