This place is the absolute worst. First off they show you the best 2 apartments in the whole place and then that isn't one of the ones you get because "someone signed before you" so then they tell you they have another one just different building and you don't see or inspect it till you move in because you believe Lisa in the office. I'll touch on her in a minute. The apartments kind of look "clean + new" until you move in and find where you A/C unit goes and the window in your shower are full of black mold, the floor is rotted w/new linoleum over it and you are responsible for everything despite what the lease says. The heat is included so you think "Yay" well no, it’s set to 75-80 YEAR ROUND! Maintenance never comes to do any repair or fix what a real landlord would. The outside is trashy but again things you don't notice till you move in cause you think they have to have a grounds guy with this many buildings. Well there is so much trash and the 2 dumpsters never get emptied, they don't salt or plow. The neighbors, half of them moved here from out of town and didn't know the complex the other half use this as a halfway house transition. The laundry "rooms" are disgusting and the "storage" that each apartment can is entitled too hasn't been cleaned in over 20 yrs and you don't have access to any empty 1. None of the buildings are secure. Onto Lisa the Office Manager, Lisa. She thinks she can write a lease and have a say over New York States court procedures and she is intimidating cause you think she knows the law cause she runs the place and I have to abide by what she says, well all she does is collect money, tell you to fill out a maintenance request and give nothing but attitude. She doesn't take pride in her job or maybe the place she owns. She just has a nasty attitude and doesn't enforce any of the 22 page lease she has you sign. Oh and you could follow all the rules and never be a problem and you WILL NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! Go else where- seriously.
