The woman , Mary Beth, is very rude, inexcusably, disrespectfully, mean. She will not help us. She held the door shut so I could not get inside when I was being robbed by some drugged up man that was trying to steal my tote bag from me and hitting me in the head when I got off the senior shuttle. She was laughing at me and I was crying. She is awful. She would not let me call the law. She said she would not say she saw me get robbed and assaulted. She needs to be beaten up and robbed. I cry all the time and do not want to leave my apartment I am so afraid of her. We all are but nobody will tell because we are afraid of her. She is so big you know, she can really hurt us. She can throw us out and I have no place else to go. I have been here a long time and have had enough of her. She should have stayed away. It was so peaceful before. Bless you. Mrs.
