My boyfriend and I are currently in a one bedroom unit. When they advertised the unit it was supposed to be half off the deposit and rent but of course we paid the full deposit of $700. Now we are trying to get into a 2 bedroom unit. They told us that we had to pay $400 to transfer our application. So, my boyfriend and I decided to bite the bullet and pay the transfer fee. After talking to the staff. They then told us that we have to pay full deposit on the new unit. So we paid $700 for the one bedroom and they want us to pay another $700 for the 2 bedroom!!! They do not care for their tenants here. I'm glad I'm moving out of this bug infested hell hole.
