I was lucky to find this complex when i moved back to Phoenix from Seattle in Spring 2010. The Majestic palms is a Great place to live. Onsite laundry, security cameras, gated, pebble tech pool and 28 truly majestic palm trees and all this with assigned covered parking. The apartments all face the pool and have generous semi-private patios with french doors and security screen doors. The apartments are ample with a very large bedroom and a galley kitchen that has no shortage of cabinet space. The walls are block and provide good sound proofing. The Bedroom and Dining area have Ceiling fans with lights. The fact that utilities are included sold me and I have enjoyed the cool AC every summer. The thing that makes the Majestic Palms such a consistently great place to live is the management. Peak investment which runs the business end offers a web portal for rent payment and when work orders are called in they are handled quickly and efficiently. The on property manager Bill is the best Apartment manager I have ever met. He is cordial has a good sense of the complex and works to keep everything in good repair. When anything goes wrong he is quick to assist and solve whatever the problem is even when it is on his off time, evenings and many weekends. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly complex in central Phoenix, this is a Gem, if Bill is advertising, call right away, I have never seen an apartment for rent last more than the first day it is listed, they are that nice!

Very clean and neat. No loud music at night which is great as I work! Very charming place. Again I enjoy the peace and quiet! Manager runs a good place and keeps the place clean.If you are looking for a party pad this is not it!!!!!!!!! I have lived here for 17 years!

I lived here for over 8 years - great complex and facility never a problem with management getting things done on time or if I ever requested an order . The apt. manager is very fast to complete any maintenance needed for the complex . Majestic Palms takes extreme pride with the up keep and safety of all tenants and I always feel save and never plan on moving anywhere else

This is a wonderful place and I have enjoyed living here. Great one bedroom apartment! With utilities included a super deal! The people living here and the manager have all been very nice. The few problems I had where addressed the same day and both where my fault. The grounds are kept very clean as is the pool. Just a very nice place where I always feel at home. When I could not make it home from work I called the manager and he would take my little dog out for me. Cannot say enough nice things about living here.

I really enjoy living here. The neighborhood is great and the neighbors are friendly. I especially love the managers dog Rambo. He is very friendly and loves to play. I really felt I made the right choice to move here nearly five years ago. I really like to tell people about the wonderful place that I call home.
