This place is crappy. It took them almost a month and a half to make the apartment move-in ready. Half the things weren't done before I moved in and I still don't have everything finished and have been here almost six months. I keep getting excuses as to why it hasn't been done and how the apartment manager is sick and there is only one other person to do repairs and he is working at another site. If that is the case then hire more help. I now of other tenants here who do not have hot water and haven't had it for years because they got tired of complaining about having it fixed. Property owner should be in jail for operating a slum!!

Roach infested. Contact the Tempe Police and get the public record of how many times they're called. Ask the tenants how horrible Dan, the manager, apt 209, not Smith, is about actually doing his job and fixing things. The pool hasn't been operational for over 8 years. The dumpster is always overflowing and flies are all over it. Come by at night and check out the homeless inside the dumpster (though they leave less mess then some of the tenants) Don't hit the Huge Potholes in the parking lot or the broken glass in the entrance.
