Stay Away from Wiegand Enterprises(Becovic Management) and Stay away from the owner Kent Cory and the secretary Dorena Banks,Because,they are sick,twisted,crooked,corrupted and shady!!! They don't care what happens to Black,White,Hispanic,Native American/Indian,Chinese/Asian/Filipino/Hmong and Pacific Islander tenants.They like to slide eviction notices under tenants doors and They don't tell tenants why they are getting evicted!!! The owner is scared that tenants are gonna cuss him out and beat him down. They be dogging tenants out when they don't do repairs in tenant's apartments and They be dogging tenants out of their security deposit after they move out!!! Do not put them down as a reference in the future, Do not rent from them in the future,Because,They will screw you like they did me and the other tenants when they lived in those apartment buildings!!! Go somewhere else to rent an apartment!!!

When I living at their apartment building, I lived downstairs in the basement apartment across from the laundry room,Black tenants defacated and pooped on my welcome mat in front of our door I was mad and pissed off when black people did that and They did the same thing to my door wreath!!! That's why I moved out of that apartment building and moved to Texas.Kent Cory and that Mexican/black lady secretary are full of crap and they don't care about what happens to good tenants in their apartment buildings,Stay away from Wiegand Enterprises/Becovic Management,Because,They are not worth renting to in the future!

Wiegand Enterprises is terrible,Do not rent to them,Because their apartments are terrible and rotten,Homeless People ring your doorbell at 3:00am and 4:00am in the morning,Homeless People break into the apartment building and sleep inside the lobby.The mexican lady secretary at the front desk is rude and disrespectful.Concert fans at The Rave be drunk,getting out of control and damage property by breaking windows.The property manager Kent Cory is a terrible property manager.He evicts tenants and don't tell them the reason why they getting evicted.Black and Hispanic Tenants start problems and cause problems with you in their buildings.Wiegand Enterprises take a long time to come and fix your stuff that is broken inside your apartment.Wiegand Enterprises cost a Polish man from Poland his life in 2010 by letting a refrigerator crush on him on the corner 22nd and Kilbourn Avenue,I would not recommend people to work for them,Wiegand Enterprises is dirty and full of crap!!! Kent Cory don't pay you back and rip people off their security deposit. That's why people are moving out because Wiegand Enterprises are dirty!!! Marquette University students do not rent to Wiegand Enterprises because Wiegand Enterprises will screw you and mess you up if you move in their buildings.Wiegand Enterprises is a rip off to the Marquette Community!!! Do not trust Wiegand Enterprises!!!
