commentThe manager, Janice Bennett, definitely has some mental issues regarding her public relations. I made a rental inquiry for my daughter concerning rental fees and deposits. Ms. Bennett literally lost her composure by stating she was not in the mood to deal with third world party renters and hung up on me. Very strange, to say the least, or maybe just bigotry. I DO NOT recommend Cardinal Village Apartments.
