If you wanna live with roaches this is your man he will hook you up. I've lived here 3 years never been late on rent an last couple months he has raised my rent 3 times we went from 550 to 700 in maybe 5 Months after your lease is up he will raise your rent as he pleases an we haven't had central air-conditioning or heat the whole time we have been here an every time it rains we gotta set 5gal bucket out to catch rain around apartment by far worse place I've ever lived and have other things going on an won't be long but it's the only reason I've stayed please if your reading this tell everyone you kno..
