Rented from him for over a year and was defeated and treated like crap for the last 6 months. We asked for our stove to be replaced and he refused and then treated us like crap because of it. Inge harassed us until we had no choice to move. We were never late on rent and never caused any problems or asked about anything until the stove. Also the place is filled with black mold and the railing is unsafe in the main hallway. His properties are unsafe and he does not care about your health or safety at all. Beware if you have pets as well as he is very rude to them as well. He will also make up bogus charges when you leave because he will not want to pay you back your security.
