The building at 200 Curtis road in Champlin is moldy filthy and management does nothing. Units have stoves with one burner working, oven's that don't heat. They have vents above toilets that are falling in from all the urine and water soaked through the ceilings. The units are freezing cold because management controls the heat. The yard is disgusting as no one cleans it up. All the garbage that's around brings in raccoons and mice and tear up all the things people have stored in them dilapidated garages. Again management does nothing ever they put Band-Aids on things and walk away if they even answer your call at all. Now they say they're reminding and show pictures of what it's going to look like seriously it's never gonna look like that they need to tear the building down and start over so much mold it horrible.

Nothing gets fixed, they cheat EVERYONE out of their damage deposit.
