Come look at the laundry room and you will see why this is not a good report. I do not think they have ever emptied the garbage. No one ever sweeps, cleans the walls or the machines. One machine has something pink in it so cannot be used. Being that they only have one employee, you cannot ask for any assistance in your apartment. They say they will fix it and never do. You have to fix it your self. Slum lords come to mind. My apartment is great but the management is horrid. They are all smiles but are ignoring what you are needing. Family owned does not give anyone the right to be this kind of management. It is a real shame that the apartments are not being taken care of as they are actually nice but won't be for long.
