     Anonymous user - 12/18/2023 - In 2022 I personally witnessed a visiting owner violate discrimination of two different persons trying to lease an apartment in a complex managed by this company. There was a definite different treatment if a person was a HUD voucher tenant. Appliances from 2000, in HUD apartment not just one. Other HUD tenants stated their appliances were also from 2000. The training of property managers fall under the venue of the owner of Quest, who seems to be out of touch with the 21st century. Check out reviews on Yelp for Arboretum Apartments in San Antonio. Quest takes over properties and runs them into the ground, not just in San Antonio, TX. If you are thinking of renting check out if Quest - my home pro manages and don’t go there. Quest allowed mold, water damage, air conditioning to go un-repaired until HUD stopped paying their share and tenants were told to move without consideration by quest for important things like having movers available or a place to move. Screaming at tenants, ignoring reasonable accommodations.
