Hes a slum lord . This guys doesnt get his people to fix a darn thing . Our AC and Garbage disposal has been out for over a year now and he wont fix them cause he says its not a priority , per the lease . Its not something that Is needed In his opinion . But the apt came with It . We have had black mold on the bathroom ceiling for the last year and water damage In the bedroom and after many phone calls they are still not fixed . The owner only care about his cash flow and nothing else . F$%# his tenants !!!
