I was not notified that my apartment key was stolen Friday, I work late on Friday and Saturday nights, getting home at 10:30-11:00 from Branson, someone could have been inside my apartment or stolen things. No note on my door on Saturday about the thief nor about changing the key. My phone has a call log and I did not receive a call or a message on Saturday. there was a note on my door Monday evening saying that I had until 7:00 to pick up the new key. I did not get home from work until a few minutes aftger 8:00, no way to get into my apartment and no previous notice! The maintenance man had to bring a key back to me, he had taken the key with him, it was cold standing outside waiting. I sat in the car part of the time. Why could they not have put the key in my mailbox on the location? Their poor decisions are inexcusable.
