Cathy Kincaid I have delt with @cmcapt she is the WORST person to deal with ever. I have never met anyone so unprofessional or rude in my life. She has discriminated against me for no reason, I am the most amazing resident I not only pay my rent on time but I make way more then the income guidelines qualify for at this complex. She wont answer my maintenance requests, I had to contact the management company to have even pest control completed which is done every wed just like any complex. When I got my dog she refused to meet her and sttd that she was a banned breed but has recently approved others of the same breed. Absolutely the worst human being I have ever had contact with! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER!!
