I can't believe a company dealing with handicap and low income people would hire someone who verbally abuses their tenants. Promises of maintenance are consistently made and none are completed. Charges of neglect should be brought up on all of them. I'm so happy I moved my mother out of this property. The office lady should work in a prison.

The current manager is on a power trip and has no business or experience on conducting the responsibilities nor the conduct required to for fill this position I do not live in there housing but I have dealt with this woman on many occasions she will hank up on you and threatens residents with eviction just cause you stand up to her and don't take her nasty remarks' have lived in Pembroke NH and have known the Allgeyer Family for many years and this I can tell you they would not except this behavior in there business ventures .
