At first Brian was great and we thought we would be in good hands because he doesn't own many properties. When our lease started the house was not cleaned and we had to do it ourselves there was cat food and glass under the stove and refrigerator. We had a few issues with our appliances and he usually came in a timely manner. Our downstairs bathroom was clearly not insulated for the winter when winter came Brian asked us not to use it when it was too cold because the pipes could freeze until he properly insulated it. When we moved out we left it nicer than what we found an were given less than half of our security deposit back because of what can be considered normal wear and tear. I would not rent with Brian again it was not a good enough house for what we were paying.
