I At one time I lived there in parke towne north but I moved because I was complaining because they never did and repaires where I lived at and my friends that still live there are having the same trouble,kids playing ball outside breaking windows and parke towne wanted me to pay for the window,when I ask them to repair stuff in my apartment it all was took sometimes months,for the amount that I was paying for the rent for a two bedroom aapartment things should have been better,brett really just didn't care about the people that lived at pare towne north,all he wanted was the money,this place is going to te dumps day by day can any one do any thing,because my friend are still living there and are afraid that they may have to move soon.
