Mr.Arlen Wesley... I don’t appreciate the way your employees spoke to me and my fiancé over the telephone. They were disrespectful, unkind, and not understanding what so ever. If you have any questions about what I’m talking about I will leave my email down below so we may have a chat. I’d even like to meet in person and chat. Never had COVID. Never been sick recently. Want to address the issue head on with you. Seen other comments about you and hope they are not true. Understand your a busy man but I don’t appreciate the way your employees treat tenants. Intentionally and with malice, retaliated against a tenant that reported toxic mold and biological hazardous materials. He keeps or denies receiving deposits and paid in advance rent. He keeps hiding the mold issues,and rents units infested with mold without abating .
