I saw there was only 1 review on here, and I wanted to share my story. I had just the OPPOSITE experience. Last summer (2015-16), my AC went out. With temperatures in the 90s-100s, I got a quote from a different company and was told $7800 to replace my ENTIRE SYSTEM! What!!?? I got Wes Parker's number from someone that had used them previously and they came out and took a look at my system and replaced a board (I believe). The cost? Around $300. To this day my AC works great. Will it NEED replaced one day? Probably. Am I going to call Weston first? Absolutely.

Our A/C blower was down this summer. We called this guy because the previous owner of my house used them. He came in and told us the blower was down and need to be replaced and it was still under warranty. Then he left for 2 days and called back to inform us that the orders will not arrive in 2 weeks but he can install his own for us temporarily. We have no choice with outside temperature of 100. He installed (broke our attic ladder) and then 2 days later he called again and said our parts was actually not under warranty. We can keep his for $400. Now the weather turned cold we found our heater was not working properly. We asked another company to check up. He told us that the Weston guy did not even wire the blower to our heater and massed up all the wire. Because of that, our other part will not be under warranty.
