Just spoke with this company to come do warranty work at my home (nothing has worked right from day 1) and was treated extremely rude. I was given a time frame of 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. yesterday for the service tech to arrive. After taking half a day of leave to be at home, I finally gave up on waiting at 6:00 p.m. and started supper. When my family and I sat down at 6:30 p.m. to eat, the technician finally arrived. They did not attempt to call or have any type of customer service. I turned them away and called today to reschedule. I was told by the secretary that it's my fault I will not have heat all weekend because I should not have turned them away, they didn't have any times open for them to come back out in the next couple of days, and if they give me another time frame I still may not be seen due to other houses that are deemed "more important". She was not even the least bit apologetic for my inconvenience or their lack of professionalism.
