I have used Ron's custom air for several years with my rental units. I even stuck with Custom Air during some rough times in her personal life. Even though he did not do the work when I needed it at that time and I called him repeatedly at that time, I still stuck with his company. I had custom air install a brand-new unit on our double wide. Then it was stolen. So Ron reinstall another one. That was a leak on the unit that he promised to fix because it was under warranty. I have called all of Custom Air numbers that I can find and I have left four or five messages. Guess what you're right he has not returned a any of my calls. At one time I would recommend him and his company. Now I would say DO NOT USE Custom Air owned by Ron Whitley. Sincerely Gail Beggarly Unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!
