There is a distinct coldness (no pun intended) when trying to make an appointment. Gone are the old days of "Good morning Airmax, may I help you". Recently the conversations have been unfruitful and it appears that your staff is unfamiliar with the older customers. I have followed this up with an email to sales@airmaxli.com which was not responded to. It is nearly time to renew my contract, but I am not sure if I am going to...there are so many contractors on Long Island and I really hate moving away...but perhaps an answer to my email might help...and then again, maybe it won't. Your on site men are fantastic but....enough said.
