I was referred to this person by an individual who owns their own handyman business and Jon came out to my home and spent 2.5 hours (which only 30 minutes was dedicated to my air condition repair, the rest of the time he spent cycling between emotions about his ex-wife and many other musings of which I was too polite to tell him to leave but eventually he did) as a visit. Initially he tells me I don't have a leak with my AC unit but then at the end of his 2 hour rambling he tells me I need to buy a leak sealant from him and that he didn't have enough Freon and needed to return the next day. When I requested for only additional Freon and not the leak sealant he then never returned.... so I never got the remaining Freon I needed. Finally I called my home warranty service and the individuals who came out to service told me Mr. Feldman likely never gave you any Freon in the system despite stating he did when he first came out. Its an old con-artist trick. Please avoid this individual and those who refer him to you.

for 2 days this man promised he'd show up and never did knowing that I was going to be having a home inspection he left me in a bind! he is irresponsible and doesn't show back up
