My compressor went out on Thursday, September 13, 2018, and Mr. Lovett was called since he had initially installed a new AC and heating unit in my home about 3-4 years ago. He came the next afternoon (Friday) and said the compressor was gone and he did not have one in stock. He said he would order one and it would be in the next week. The compressor did was delivered to my home on Thursday, September 20, in the afternoon but Mr. Lovett said he didn't have time to put it in right then. He said he would send his son to install the compressor. Neither person was ever heard from that afternoon, the next day (Friday), and now it is Monday, September 24 and the compressor is still sitting in my garage not installed. Mr. Lovett was called this morning (9/24) and he stated it was raining and he couldn't put it in the rain. I have been without air conditioning in my home now for 11 days and it has been swelteringly hot!!! I don't know what to do. He is not getting paid for the compressor since it is under warranty and he is not getting any money for installation!!
