This is a really good company to handle any air or heat related breakdowns! My husband and I have called them to sevice both ... Fast teliable friendly service. I will definatly call them again. 5 stars for Gem Air...

WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!! I own a property management company in Tulsa and was turned onto Gem Air owned by James Snyder to handle an air conditioner that stopped working . I should of used a professional company to begin with - terrible communication, terrible service (took 4 days to complete a job that should of been handled in one), James and Michael were rude, failed to return calls, no communication, and the AC they "fixed" stopped working 2 days later. They wouldn't answer texts, phone calls, nothing after I told them it stopped working. I had my assistant call from my office and surprisingly, they answered and when she told them who she was, they hung up on her. I ended up calling another company to come and look at the unit and have it fixed that day. If I could give a negative star rating, I would use it on this company ALL DAY LONG!!!!! DO NOT USE GEM AIR or JAMES SNYDER – AS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER, TRUST ME WHEN I SAY YOU WILL REGRET IT. I can't stress this enough!
