Jeff arrived to our house to provide us a simple quote for installing ductwork for our new kitchen range hood. I texted him that I would be 3 minutes late to our appointment but that my wife was home so go ahead and get started looking since he got there 5 minutes early. When I arrived just 8 minutes later he was done and gone, having left only a verbal and non-specific "quote" with my wife. I texted him requesting a phone call so we could discuss and that I had a question. I never received a response. Nor did I receive any follow up to his visit to provide us with a quote for the work. Wow this was surprising coming from a reputable company like Galmiche HVAC who I've used and been very happy with in the past. So I can only conclude that it's Jeff Galmiche that is the problem, not the Galmiche HVAC company. DO NOT WORK WITH JEFF GALMICHE. Request anybody else but him as your sales rep.
