Frank Folio Showed up on time twice, the first was to look at my job and give an estimate and the second was to get money down and sign the contract! Frank told me to call him as soon as the house was under roof, which I did, he came 3 weeks later. For the first 3 days he came with 2 helpers and stayed less than 4 hours each time. One day the helpers came in the afternoon, started working, within an hour one of them cut himself and they had to leave to get stiches. Frank delayed my general contractor by not having the ductwork completed 3 months after starting. I built ductwork runs into the floor trusses which were not used because Folio was so long in getting the ductwork in that the vinyl siding was installed and would have required removing it to cut a hole. I ended up with the ductwork visible in garage and had to pay $2,500 to box it in and drywall over it. After start up unit did not work properly it would not keep the house warm when the outside temp. was below 30 degrees. The unit would run continuously. Unit was not making proper heat causing the backup electric heat to run which was very costly. I had two different contractors work on the system to get it running properly at my expense. The ductwork was undersized creating excessive vacuum on the return side. The contractor would not return phone calls and if you did get ahold of him he would always say that he was coming out but, would never show up.
