They have jerked us around for two weeks putting in parts that didn't fix the problem. NO A/C for two weeks in 95 degree weather. Then they finally said you need a whole new outside unit. Why couldn't we do that two weeks ago????? When I called to complain to the office the secretary who answers the phone? Turns out she's the boss' wife, Sherry. SHE WAS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HUNG UP ON ME, THE CUSTOMER. Awful customer service....NO, wait.....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. and If Sherry doesn't like what you say or want SHE HANGS UP ON YOU. Wonder if her husband knows she is driving away business???
