The owner is no longer working. He was decent. Now he takes your money and does not produce. He plays the normal games: Car trouble, no coolant available, worker cannot be reached because he doesnt have a cell phone. The list goes on. They lie about timelines promising continually the truck is on the way and will be there in half an hour. Of course it takes many more calls and a few days before someone arrives and works for a few hours without finishing the job. Totally unprofessional. Save your time and headaches by finding someone more reliable and honest.
