I did business with Don for years and considered him a friend until he replaced my water heater for 800 dollars which turned out did not need replaced. I was ok with that as the old one was old but needed the receipt back to avoid double paying. My family was without hot water for way too long and we had to rip out moldy drywall over the issue as well. He completely ignores all texts and calls to this day almost a year later. He went downhill after his dui and now I hear he bought the Choo Choo bar and grill in Millard. I Wonder if this type of deal possibly funded his recent purchase. He is not a good person to deal with and I recommend avoiding that.
