Mr. David is quick to install your system. Sadly, as far as service is concerned, that is where the promptness ends. I have had issues with 4 units. The airflow is imbalanced leaving an unequal distribution of air throughout the home leaving rooms 8 degrees apart. The units are not pulling adequate moisture. One unit has mold growing in it! The unit is barely a year old and is now unusable. Two of the smart thermostats will not stay connected to the internet. The biggest slap in the face is being no showed for 4 different appointments. After several "I will be there today's" I have no faith an appointment will occur, nor do I expect the issue to be remedied.
