Charles Bell is now deceased. Their license has been revoked by Texas Department of License and Registration. The son is running the business without a license. The father's license has been revoked. You can find this information at https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/ and search Charles Bell under Search Site/Search for violations. They were fined $6,000 by the state for the shoddy job on my house. I also filed a lawsuit which they never replied to so the judge signed a Motion for Judgement. The humidity in my house is measuring at 70%. Mold is growing on all the vents and down one entire wall floor to ceiling. They wired it wrong in the attic and now I need electrical work done. The list goes on of damages. He never pulled a permit. 3 times he said he would replace the entire system on his own dime and he cancelled every time. He wrote me a check to reimbursement for everything and hire someone else.
