After contacting Roberts Air about a broken pan on a Trane A/C unit barely 3 yrs old I received text that the part was known to be defective and a new one was sent from the manufacture at no cost to there place of business. After confirming this via text message and Mr. Roberts assurances that I would be schedueled in for the replacement my calls and text have been ignored. This kind of behavior I would expect from a child and not a business.
