I spoke with Mr. Owens regarding repairing my a/c unit. He did not like being questioned on prices and was very rude. He started name calling and then told me that since I questioned prices of the various work I needed done, that we can't do business and then hung up on me. Save yourself the head ache and call someone else. Owens is not professional. You don't yell at a potential customer and then hang up.
